VERONA WINE TOP 2017
The competition, reserved exclusively for the wines of the province of Verona, has a denomination for a controlled origin and a denomination for a protected and garanteed origin as well. It has been proposed to enhance these wines by promoting knowledge of individual denominations, raising awareness of the categories concerned with product improvement and consumer orientation in choosing the best wines Doc and Docg in Verona.For each denomination, all wines with a score of 85 cents or more (according to the Union Internationale des Oenologues) have been selected ex-aequo, plus any other wine which have obtained the best score as long as the minimum of 82 cents. Altogether, 132 wines were selected, which will be eligible for the mention “Verona Wine Top 2017”.
