Our entire range (along with a few exciting <strong>new surprises<\/strong>!) will be available for tasting. Visitors will also have the opportunity to delve into our winemaking techniques and learn more about the heritage of our cellar. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Featured wines on display<\/h3>\n\n<p>Among the labels on display, our <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/scriani.it\/valpolicella\/\">Valpolicella Classico<\/a><\/strong> stands out for its freshness and <strong>balance<\/strong>. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with 12 days of temperature-controlled maceration, it has an ABV of 12.5% and an <strong>ageing potential of up to 7 years<\/strong>. It is the perfect accompaniment to pasta dishes, risottos, soups, and white meats.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/scriani.it\/valpolicella-superiore\/\">Valpolicella Superiore<\/a><\/strong> is <strong>structured <\/strong>and <strong>harmonious<\/strong>, having been aged for 12 months in oak casks and a further 3 months in the bottle. With an ABV of 13% and an <strong>ageing potential of up to 8 years<\/strong>, it pairs beautifully with roasts, lamb, and medium-aged cheeses. It has been highly commended in international competitions such as the IWSC and Decanter.  <\/p>\n\n<p>We will also showcase the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/scriani.it\/valpolicella-ripasso\/\">Valpolicella Ripasso<\/a><\/strong>,<strong> <\/strong>distinguished by its <strong>bold character<\/strong> following 18-20 months of oak ageing. The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/scriani.it\/maddalena-recioto-della-valpolicella\/\">Maddalena Recioto<\/a><\/strong>, a <strong>dessert wine<\/strong> made from naturally dried grapes, is elegant and velvety. Its notes of jam, spice, and cocoa make it an exquisite partner for Pandoro, fruit tarts and blue cheeses.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Finally, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/scriani.it\/amarone-della-valpolicella\/\">Amarone<\/a><\/strong>, the <strong>icon of Valpolicella<\/strong>, will take centre stage.
