Vinification
Fermentation in temperature-controlled stanless steel tanks.

Maturation in steel tanks for about 3 months.
Service
Serve at a temperature of 10°-12°. Uncork at the moment.
Pairings
Excellent as an aperitif, with hors d'oeuvres, fish dish, grilled fish or with sauces and white meat.
