Carpanè harmoniously expresses the diversity of Valpolicella, in which it was born, enhancing the emerging “irreguralities” with respect to the organoleptic canons of the area’s products. A decisive ruby red colour, a bouquet of flowers and berries; on the palate it offers pleasant herbaceous sensations vith flavours of spices and bitter almonds.

Manual harvest, late (mid-October).
Vinification
After a period of natural over-ripening in the fruit cellar of approx. 30 days, fermentation takes place in 50 hl oak truncated conical barrels for approx. 25 days.
Maturation
Matured in barriques for approx. 12 months, in large barrels for a further 12 months and in bottles for 6 months.
Service
Serve at a temperature of 18°-20°. Uncork at least two hours before serving.
Pairings
This wine goes well with red meat dishes and mature cheeses.
