Wine of a deep ruby red colour, harmonious, savoury, intense, and pleasant bouquet.
Gradation: Alcohol content 13% vol.
Format: 0,75 L bottle
Vineyards
"Ronchiel", "La Costa" and "Monte Sant'Urbano"
Grape variety
Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Croatina, Oseleta
Grape harvest
Manual harvest, late (end of October).
Vinification
Vinified in red with about 15 days of maceration on the skins, fermentation at natural temperature.
Maturation
Matured in 26 hl oak barrels and then in the bottle.
Service
Serve at a temperature of 18°-20°. Uncork at least one hour before serving.
Pairings
It is especially suitable for main courses, preferring roasts, roast lamb and medium-aged cheese.
