TASTING IN THE CELLAR BETWEEN WINES AND TYPICAL PRODUCTS
The tasting of typical Valpolicella wines is a moment of discovery, in which every sip tells a story. At Scriani’s, the experience is designed to bring each guest closer to the area’s food and wine culture in a simple but engaging way, with a selection of wines accompanied, upon request, by local products that enhance their aromas and nuances.
We offer different types of tasting:
- light vibes: 45-minute tasting of 4 wines of your choice (including a white wine) and an optional board of cured meats, cheeses and extra virgin olive oil from our own production;
- Valpolicella in love: tasting of 7 wines identified with the area and an optional 70-minute board of our own cured meats, cheeses and extra virgin olive oil;
- the world of Scriani: a 90-minute tasting of 10 wines (including a choice of 3 whites) and an optional board of our own cured meats, cheeses and extra virgin olive oil.
Each pairing is designed to enhance the characteristics of the wine and create a harmonious balance between taste and terroir. Winery tastings in Valpolicella are more than just a tasting: they are an opportunity to listen to the stories behind each bottle and be guided on a journey through the authentic flavors of our land.

There are those who fall in love with the intense notes of a structured red and want to indulge in an Amarone tasting, or those who prefer fresher, more delicate wines, such as those featured in a Lugana tasting. Often, those who visit us for the first time choose an itinerary that tells the different souls of Valpolicella. Whatever your preference, we will guide you in choosing the most suitable route, even suggesting the pairings that best enhance each glass.
